Driver drop the car is clueless what is happening...worst experience in spite telling supervisor of last time cleaning issues entire car is dirty on top of that no one owning this.. "Brought my Xuv700 in Oct24 for an insurance claim. They obviously charged in full and gave me a non functional headlight. And didn't even change the front part of the bumper and inserted an already damaged part (while they charged for a replacement). After complaining the labour just took out some part from a used headlight and inserted in my headlight to make it work. Moreover, they damaged my front sensors which were fully functional when the car was brought to them. Upon repeated follow ups and AFTER 7-8 VISITS,they still haven't repaired the sensors. Something that they damaged. I've been given countless timelines by the supervisor, Mr. Mahipal and the owner, Mr. Vibhu but even after 6 months, there's no resolution.
